Our Leadership Team

Robert Graham
Chairman

Robert Graham previously served as CEO and founder of Pillar Health Group. During Robert’s tenure as CEO, Pillar Health Group grew annual revenue from $6M to $60M in a little over four years and today employs over 1,500 team members. Before acquiring the companies that make up Pillar, Robert was a Vice President at The Sterling Group, an investment firm that focuses on acquisitions. While there, he  helped build one of the largest specialty construction distributors in the US and also served on the board of Specified Air Solutions, a $150M diversified manufacturer of HVAC equipment. Prior to Sterling, Robert worked for Eaton Corporation where he worked in various management,  engineering, and project management roles. During his time at Eaton, he led two separate $50M business units. Robert has also worked in investment banking for Morgan Stanley and in strategy for Lockheed Martin. Robert has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and was an Eagle Scout. Robert is married to Yohanny. They have a young son named Bruce and an extremely energetic border collie named Peppy.


Mike Hofmeister
CEO

Mike Hofmeister is a health care executive with over 25 years of experience and a successful track record driving top and bottom-line growth. He is currently the CEO of Pillar Health Group, a multi-state $50M+ provider of in-home care services to clients with chronic conditions. Prior to Pillar Health Group, Mike served as Chief Commercial Officer for GrandPad, where he was responsible for B2B Enterprise strategy bringing senior friendly technology into the health care arena. GrandPad is a simple, safe, and secure platform that supports telehealth’s critical role in providing accessible, quality care to older adults. Before GrandPad, Mike was Operating Group President for The Mentor Network/Sevita Health – Adult Day Health, Inc., where he ovesaw a business with over $100M of revenue, and drove revenue growth of $66M in 3 years, via acquisitions and De Novo development, entering 4 additional states. Sevita Health is one of the largest providers of community-based in-home care services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the United States. Mike has an MBA from Regis University School of Management and MS & BS from Eastern Michigan University.


Aaron Blick
COO

Aaron Blick leads the operational and clinical functions of Pillar Health Group. He has over 10 years of professional management  experience and a business development background in multiple healthcare industry spaces.  As a partner, principle, developer and entrepreneur, Aaron has successfully started, acquired,  expanded and sold over 12 companies in the healthcare industry. Aaron currently owns and  operates a chain of physical therapy clinics spread across major metropolitan areas in Texas  and Louisiana. Aaron’s breadth of experience includes primary care, healthcare insurance,  physician network development, physical therapy, pharmacy, clinical laboratories, outpatient  imaging, and ambulatory surgery centers. His track record and knowledge in the field make  him an invaluable resource for purposes of management, investment, and compliance. Aaron has a BA from Texas A&M and a MA from Fuller. Aaron is married to Megan and has two kids,  Norah and Greg.


Michael McGibbon
President, Texas

Michael McGibbon is the President of the Texas region and is also a part owner in the companies. Michael has an  extensive background in home health care marketing, strategy, and operations. Michael founded  Haven Home Health in 2003 and grew the company to a 600-patient census before selling the  company to LifeCare. He went on to serve as CEO of both Haven and Beyond Faith Home Care &  Rehab. Prior to is time in home health, Michael worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in  Accounting and Financial Management and before that he was with Perot Systems Corp. where  he was a Business Development Executive. Michael is originally from Jamaica but grew up in  Florida. He got is undergrad in Accounting from Florida A&M university. He is married with three  kids and lives in Plano, TX. He is also active in his community as a Boy Scout Troop Leader.


Sagal Ismail
President, Arizona

Sagal Ismail serves as the President for Odyssey Services Corporation in the state of Arizona. She is a healthcare executive with over 12 years of experience in the IDD and Home Healthcare industry. Prior to Odyssey Services and Pillar Health Group, Sagal operated several nursing-supported group homes, providing in-home nursing care and non-medical care within Arizona through Spectrum Home Healthcare. Spectrum was later acquired by Arizona Mentor/Sevita in 2020, where she continued to oversee additional services post-acquisition in her capacity as Regional Director. Sagal successfully led the acquistion of Spectrum Home Healthcare, an agency with over $9M in annual revenue. Following the acqusition, the agency’s annual revenue grew to $25M, and she was responsible for managing over 5 service lines. Sagal graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors in International Studies and minoring in Public Health.


Ike Ukawuba
CTO & President, Oklahoma

Ike Ukawuba is the President of the Oklahoma region and also heads the company's technology function. Before joining Pillar, Ike was an investor and operator for several companies in the healthcare space, particularly medical billing and marketing, medical spa/weight loss, durable medical equipment and diagnostics, and physician management services organizations. Prior to his healthcare experiences, Ike was also a manager at Accenture, a global consulting firm, where he specialized in business process management and worked with Fortune 100 clients in the healthcare, financial services, and retail industries to optimize their business operations. During his time at Accenture, Ike ran large projects where he managed teams of 40 - 50 people at a time and had accountability for their day-to-day tasks, career development and cost impact to the overall budget. Ike has a BS in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He enjoys being involved in track and field with his four kids.​


Tom Allsworth
President, Oregon

Prior to joining Pillar, Tom worked as an engineering manager for T-Solutions. In that role, he was responsible for planning and executing maintenance, repair, and modernization plans for an Arleigh Burke Class Destroyer (DDG) in Yokosuka, Japan. Before T-Solutions, Tom worked at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as a project manager at client facilities throughout the world, most notably General Dynamics and Samsung Heavy Industries. Tom is  a Marine Corps veteran, earned his BS in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. When Tom isn’t working, he enjoys cooking, surfing, snowboarding, skydiving, or just getting outside.


JP Pantin
President, Pennslyvania

Before becoming the President of the Pennslyvania region, JP started with Pillar Health Group as a Senior Associate, focusing on acquisitions of home health, home care, and hospice companies. Before joining the Pillar team, JP was a Finance & Strategy Manager at Robinhood Markets where he directly reported to the Robinhood Crypto CFO. JP lead and supported high impact initiatives including Robinhood’s largest acquisition. Before Robinhood, JP worked at J.P. Morgan, working with endowments, foundations, and high net worth individuals to maximize their portfolio returns.  He has a BS in Business Administration from the Berkeley Haas School of Business. Today, JP focuses on exercising daily, cooking healthy meals, and following the capital markets. He's also an ultramarathon runner!


Delene George
VP of Operations

​Delene George is our VP of Operations. Delene has many years of experience in IDD, vocational rehab, home health, hospice, and home care and has worked for some of the leading providers in the industry. Prior to joining the company, Delene worked for Abacus Healthcare Partners where she was the Administrator and also oversaw the billing department. Before that, Delene worked at her own hospice start up and also served as the Administrator of Vital Point Corporation. She has also had roles at American Marazzi Tile and Texas Instruments. Delene received her Bachelors of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. Delene is originally from South Africa and has had a very interesting career. She lives in Phoenix, AZ and has four sons.


Stephen Matoesian
Operating Partner

Before joining the Pillar team, Stephen worked as a Sales Executive for Toast, where he rapidly grew their presence amongst small-midsize restaurants in Southern California. Stephen has consulted hundreds of restaurants on ways to gain new revenue streams, cut back on food/beverage costs, improve their operations, and retain their employees. Before Toast, Stephen worked as a Sales Manager for the Molson Coors Beverage Company where he was directly responsible for the growth and success of their portfolio in Southern California. He has a BBA in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. Stephen enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and almost anything outdoors. He loves running and is an ultramarathon runner.


Justin Major
Operating Partner

Justin is a strategy professional who has helped some of the world’s top companies thrive in a growing economy. Prior to Pillar Health Group, Justin spent the bulk of his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised clients in the Private Equity, Technology, Financial Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Oil & Gas spaces, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, at Georgia-Pacific, he managed Strategic Analytics and Customer / Channel Analytics (in various sales and finance roles), before spending time on Nike's Global Business Planning team. He resides in Atlanta and earned a BA in Economics from Morehouse College before moving to Boston, MA and earning an MBA from Harvard Business School. In his spare time, Justin enjoys traveling and has visited more than 40 countries. 


Timothy Andres, CFA
Director of Corporate Development

Tim is the Director of Corporate Development that supports the M&A and strategy functions of Pillar Health Group. Previously, Tim co-founded AuLTru Home Care, where he drove rapid sales growth and expansion before successfully exiting in late 2022. Prior to AuLTru, Tim assisted with fundamental equity research in the telecommunications and media sectors at Ariel Investments’ international & global equity portfolios. Tim also worked as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he managed client portfolios on their multi-asset strategies team. Tim is a member of the CFA Institute. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Investments at Baruch College/The City University of New York, graduating magna cum laude. His favorite pastimes are traveling, tennis, snowboarding, and jamming out at concerts. ​
